RETURNS

Every piece is a limited edition, made to order from a fixed run. All sales are final: we do not accept returns and we do not buy pieces back.

Shipping problems are the exception. If a piece arrives damaged, or does not arrive, photograph the package and the slab before opening anything further and write to support@elirionstudio.com within 7 days with your order number. We will work through it with you and, where the problem happened in shipping, replace the piece or refund it.

If we cancel an order before it ships, you are refunded in full.
