Damaged in transit: photograph the package and the slab before opening anything further and write within 7 days — a replacement or full refund ships first.

Apparel: unworn items return within 30 days for a full refund; exchange sizes anytime stock allows. Buy-back applies to sealed slabbed pieces only.
